India has issued an immediate entry ban for travellers from Germany, France, Spain, Italy and other countries. This means that planned business trips cannot take place at present. Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH therefore temporarily assumes responsibility for companies affected by the current entry ban, which are faced with urgent and important tasks in India. Our (European) experts and interim managers on site in India represent the interests of our clients, be it at business meetings, negotiations, board meetings, shareholder meetings or even speeches to your Indian staff etc.

The Indian government has – with immediate effect – issued a de facto entry ban for nationals of Germany (and other European countries). All visas issued before 11.3.2020 are suspended with immediate effect – see details. This decree affects all those persons who have business appointments in India in the coming weeks and who have planned to take a business trip. For them, entry into India is not (no longer) possible for the time being. In addition, many travellers who enter India and have visited Europe and other Asian countries in recent weeks will have to undergo a 14-day quarantine.

We represent your interests in India, especially in case of a crisis.

In these exceptional times, we offer our immediate operational support to all companies affected. Through our offices throughout India, we not only have over 40 experts in all disciplines (administration, human resources, law, taxes, sales, etc.), but also European top managers (such as Karl Freedman, who can step in for you if necessary and represent your interests on site.

In addition, our customers benefit from the fact that we have long relied on state-of-the-art communication and collaboration tools for the cooperation between Europe and India, so that – even if measures are further tightened – it is always possible for all employees, both in Germany and India, to continue working from their “home offices”. In addition, our tools offer video conferences and remote access to all data at all times. This means that business meetings, board meetings and social gatherings, staff selection meetings etc. can also take place in our offices as required, with virtual participation from Europe in real time.

Please contact Karl Freedman, if we can immediately act for you in India.
