Over the past decades, change has been the "norm" for Werner Heesen. He has worked for Deutsche Lufthansa on three continents in various management positions and has lived and actively shaped the term "change management" in practice during this time. He spent 13 of these exciting years in India - most recently in the position of "Director South Asia".
In addition to the successful development and expansion of the Lufthansa organisation within the framework of the Group strategy for the subcontinent, his tasks included negotiations at the highest political decision-making level, crisis management in a wide variety of forms, the operational management of Indian companies, the development of medium-sized business units and negotiations with Indian trade unions.
Since 2012, he has also made this experience and his special knowledge available to our customers.
